Refund policy

Because all of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@mariposamia.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we'll arrange a free reprint or a refund at our discretion.

 

Lost packages

If your package has not arrived, please contact us within the following timeframes from the estimated delivery date:

  • Domestic (US) orders: within 30 days
  • International orders: within 45 days

We will investigate and, if eligible, send a reprint at no charge.

 

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final for items that are not damaged or defective, as each product is uniquely created for your order.
